rhylli am happy about a few things. some of them are:
* i think i get four classes to tutor for next semester. how crazy is that? that's like, 60 people, who i get to be in charge of. in charge! (i feel trepidatious.)
* last night at capoeira we were having a music lesson before class, and i managed to play atabak *and* sing, at the same time. with everyone watching me, even. admittedly my singing was pretty awful, and i was bright red with embarrassment, but still. still!
* gringo demonstrated some crazy move (kick coming down into sideways-handstand-with-a-scissorkick-thing), and i thought "wow! i will never be able to do that! ever!" but then i did it. i am full of squee.
ok. enough squee, more market shopping!
