Now, I had something very important to tell you all, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was. So, on balance, probably not all that important.
* Q: How much do I not want to go to Karachi? A: A fairly sizeable amount. (I will keep updated on the situation and possibly not go, if it looks too unpleasant.)
* Today I will interview an organic farmer.
* I have only just found out that the Raitha Sangha has a 'woman's wing'. Nobody had mentioned this to me before.
* A deluge of lovely emails this morning! Mother and long-lost-highschool friend (in fact, only remaining highschool friend), and a lady who wanted to know how she can give me a whole heap of money.
* Bad side of Dean's Award thingummy. They have some Constructive Criticism for me about my application, and how to improve for future applications. Those who know me may realise that I'm not a big fan of Constructive Criticism. The only criticism I really like is when I go, "Look, I've already found out this problem that I have, and I am now working to fix it." So I guess it will probably be good for me.
* I haven't looked at it extensively yet, but Grist looks somewhat nifty.
* More decadence: Next time I have to sit around for a couple of hours waiting for a call or something, I am going to a "Beauty Parlour: Ladies and Children only" and getting a haircut and maybe my hair dyed and maybe some kinds of Things done to my face.
Honestly, I can't remember all the stuff I wanted to write about.
