But he was responding to e-sky - and electronic version of yourself. By putting the 'e' at the end it was a subtle cipher to disguise his acknowledgment of the electronic nature of the conversation - anything more direct would be so obvious as to be crass.
I find it interesting though that I'm fairly agreeable and open to most things, but web-comics are where I become hard to please. I think basically because it's so easy to do that my criteria for what's good becomes more narrow and specific.
