rhyllProblem #1: get extension of lease until mid-December - solved (barring unpleasantness from the owner of my flat.)
Problem #2: Find a copy of Sidney Tarrow's 'The New Transnational Activism... *screws up all the cuteness she can muster*...so, um, does anyone a) have a credit card, and b) know how to work this whole buying-books-through-the-Internet-thingummy? I value promptness of book in my hot little (studious) hands over cheapness!
Time to go to class, and inflict my feeling of vigour on students! lucky them.
