well. i am now actually pretty sure about what i want to say in my thesis, and also convinced that it's not just me bollocking on 'carving a niche' for myself at uni...i really feel like this is an important area that hasn't been covered.
i stood up to bruce, even, and was firm about what i wanted and didn't feel at all like i was on the backstep. i argued my point and all, and got excited talking about my project.
i am excited about my project. (wheee!)
also: i am fairly sure, now, that i get four classes to tutor.
sadder (in order of increasing sadness):
direction the harry potter books are heading in
scary girls (or women, whatever)
famine in niger (maybe you want to look into this, and see about things to do.)
a heap of other stuff, but this list is making me sad.
in happier news:
kittens!
