Missions for the coming week

I'm feeling a bit lost at the moment. I'm starting to feel very isolated, wondering if I'm going to find my way back into research and about work and what I'm going to do next. I guess I'm also not that comfortable with having *real* holidays, the kind where you actually don't need to do anything (okay, apart from a few hours of teaching a week).
So I think I'm going to give myself a few small missions for each week so that I can feel like I'm making some progress with life. This week's missions include:
* Finding another job to apply for (searches so far have yielded few results),
* Finding out how/whether we can get recycling happening in our flats again (may have to wait 'til after Christmas - I'm not sure if councils will be running),
* Ask my neighbour if she still needs proofreading for her paper,
* Work out which journal I want to try to get a thesis chapter published in,
* Cycle to the beach at least once.
