overdue correspondence
Aug. 25th, 2007 09:36 pmI've been writing rather a lot of thesis-stuff lately. Significantly more than I have in quite a while, actually. And then there's been Greek, and now some Afrikaans, and capoeira, and People, and a lot of tidying and cooking and cleaning and such. And boggle, of course. Any cycling, when the weather allows.
Basically: I haven't been writing many emails or letters, because after writing my thesis all day I feel like some not-computer time, and things like turning vegetables into some kind of hippy stew seems like a healthier prospect than spending any more time online.
On that note, I spent most of today doing grocery shopping, and tidying, and rearranging, with Housemates (and pseudo-housemate). It was all terribly pleasant. And then we watched 'Jeeves and Wooster', which gave us more ideas for games to play on picnics like these (pictures courtesy of the lovely lisa).
And now I will read, and perhaps sleep some. And tomorrow perhaps I will write some emails.
