I decided to explore Amazon, to look for a book I've been wanting to get my hands on.
I ended up closing the window in a panic.
And then reopened it, and started making up a wish list. Hopefully this will put an end to my continual ability to either have money or remember which books I want, but never both at once.
It also means that family members who insist on buying me things can now consult the list instead of asking me what I want and having me go, "Oh! I really wanted...that book...about....argh!" However, do not get excited yet, family members! This year I will be breaking with tradition and posting a full list of my demands, so you will be able to choose between a range of things, from belly-button lint to world domination. As for the rest of you, I never remember birthdays and I only rarely give birthday presents (even more rarely on actual birthdays), so it will be horribly embarrassing if you give me anything.
That is all.
