i am full of fret.

my upgrade hasn't been sent around the department yet. i can't submit the larger of my grant applications until it's been submitted. my visas should be sorted out in time, but 'in time' will be two or three days before i leave the country.

this makes me nervous.

many things, currently, are making me nervous. and once you start feeling nervous, it spreads quite rapidly.

i know everything will be ok, in the end. it's just the intervening period that worries me.

*hugs* Maybe you should go talk to your supervisor? Or the Head of Department? Just let them know you're a bit worried about it and would feel much more comfortable if this could be dealt with.

That's the sort of stress I always find myself in, but on a smaller scale.

I just realised you won't be here for me to force you to go to the Big Day Out to watch MIA and Sleater-Kinney. This makes me upset! I love subjecting people to music.
