surprise for me

so, all signs seem to be pointing to a bout of mild depression for me. little desire to do anything, a failure of wanting, excessive sleep, return of people related unpleasantness, constant background sadness. probably at least partly related to missing j. a lot.

hooray.

happily mr wolf is being excellent and helping me to do all the things that i know i need to do - dragging me out of bed to stop me sleeping too much, encouraging me to do yoga, generally not letting me do what i want, which is just sit down and cry and refuse to get up.
