Totally Triceratops!

OMG!OMG! YOU GUYS! A 3 foot high rideable dinosaur (toy)!!!! (!!!!!) Also, I am pretty sure the jingle ends with "he's totally triceratops!"

Almost inevitably disappointing IRL, I would think. [Via BoingBoing Gadgets, which I find to be a delight to read.]

But the other ones wouldn't fit on the coffee table with it! (Sure you can make an argument for "if you had that, you wouldn't need the other ones", but I think by now we've worked out that's a secondary concern to collecting every single robotic dinosaur)

Totally triceratops is a great slogan though. If the right time ever came up, I'd definitely use it. And probably any other time if I remembered it. I wonder if they chose the dinosaur after the slogan, or because triceratops is the most awesome. Because it is, by the way.

I think that if we had this (or several of these?) we would need to clear the living room floor, and then start up all of the dinosaurs, large and small, while sitting along the edges of the room and giggling maniacally.

I'm going to need longer arms to film it all! Or, you know, attach a camera to the ceiling or something.

Even without the totallytriceratopses, we could just clear the floor and have the smaller ones darting around the whole room...

And a few mental leaps later, I have a vision of the small ones on a scalextric track. I will now leave you with that idea (I wonder if my parents still have our set...)
