i nearly cried at capoeira last night. i felt so awkward and out of place, and wanted so much to leave.
but caracol made me go into the hoda and although i did awfully and was so nervous i actually couldn't see properly i felt better afterwards.

it's odd - i'm feeling very lonely, but i think it's good. i think too much of my self-confidence comes from having wonderful friends who tell me that i'm great. and then when i don't have anyone to tell me i get sad. so perhaps having some time where i have to sort myself out is good.
