I really, really need to start work on Thursday's lecture. But my motivation levels are so very low. Also, I'm freezing. I don't know how it's possibly that my toes can be this cold when I'm wearing four pairs of socks.

[Edit: eating a heap of icecream straight out of the container, amazingly, solved neither of these problems.]
