Alive and in South Africa

Still my first day here, and I have a lot to write about - updates about Nairobi, a bit about Hermanus so far, &tc. I won't do it now, but I had a sneaking suspicion that some of you might be worrying, so this is just a quick one to let you know that I'm fine, and I think Hermanus is perfectly safe and lovely.

Apparently it's not the season for whales, but I'm sure there are plenty of things to look at anyway. Lots of nice nature, all over the place.
