OK, so i know this is pretty ironic, but why not make some flyers/stickers that advertise the day? It'd be good to cover one's city with those about 2 weeks before the actual day. That and contact the big groups that do public art... i've notice there's some guys called '1337' that like to draw vampires all over the place in melbourne and bris. No idea how one would get hold of such people, though.
