tally for the week
Aug. 21st, 2006 04:42 pmInteresting week ahead. In the time between now and sunday night:
* two concerts to go to,
* one case of plagiarism to deal with (partly tick: done),
* two new courses to glance over,
* three more group tutorials, one private tutorial (which needs to be researched),
* one group blog to set up (partly tick: done),
* one house to move out of and clean,
* one house to look at for the first time and move into,
* one book to help write (in a day!),
* one class of dancing, likely to be skipped (yet again),
* two applications for internships still pending,
* attempt to work out open office's bibliography tool (partial attempt made, dispiriting results abandoned). Stupid endnote is shackling me to windows right now - would be okay if I didn't already have close to 300 references in it. Inconvenient. *sigh*
I don't think next week will be any better, with a new house still to settle into and a lot of essays coming in for marking.
I should be feeling invigorated by all this, but I'm feeling rather sleepy, mostly. I shall, however, attempt to be good and do another hour or two's work before going to a talk on Syria and the Middle East.
