excitement:
* coloured pencils
* a tiny paint set that comes in a tin as long as my thumb
* hanging out with the batukege kids last night (roda and dinner and beer). vira lata is funny - he was telling me proudly that his group is not like bantus - they *all* drink beer. even the girls. lots of beer. (he was a bit drunk when he was telling me this.)
* my fisheye lens lomograph
* in two days time, breakfast will be CURRY!


india still doesn't seem quite real. just in case any of you guys share this feeling, i have taken on the task of going there and checking. i will report back. i will verify india's reality.

See now I'm of the opinion India exists, though I'm glad you are verifying it, I just think it might all be upside down. Please give a detailed description of anything you find other than curry for breakfast that might verify this. Most importantly though make sure you have fun in the country that does or doesn't exist and please eat lots of good curry for me :)
