Your water bottle story made me LOL - thanks (for the laugh and for checking in with news). My own version of a similar story: I tried to phone you yesterday and, after many, many attempts and much muttering under the breath (some telephone numbers listed on the website are discontinued or something) finally got through. A guy picks up and seems to panic at the sound of my voice and promptly passes me on to a woman. I explain my story again - would like to speak to... etc... after all my explanation, woman says, "Sorry, am not getting you". I try to say again. Silence. I apologise and hang up. Sigh.
